SCH in the News
Over the last few months, Stanford Court has undergone quite the #reboot to create a place for our guests that’s forward-thinking but also celebrates SF’s illustrious past. So, we were absolutely tickled to be featured in two local magazines that covered our #NeverStopStartingUp reboot.
The Nob Hill Gazette’s article focused on the upswing of luxury hotels in the area and why the neighborhood is so desirable to out-of-towners. It recognized Stanford Court’s nod to the past with its reboot, including design accents that pay homage to old SF, but also its tech-forward amenities.
Our totally revamped 24-hour fitness center is outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment, and FloWater filling stations are available throughout the hotel, which help to reduce waste and keep our guests hydrated with filtered drinking water.
Our #LayingDownTheTracks elements were also highlighted in “The Good Life at Stanford Court”, an article that appeared in SF’s lifestyle source 7x7. In case you didn’t know, our guests with pets can enjoy new amenities, such as dog beds, waste bags, lint rollers, chew toys and more for our furry friends. Huntington Park is right down California Street for your morning walk with Fido. Ask our concierge for more info.
We don’t want you to be just any hotel in SF — here at SCH, we’re proud of San Francisco’s significant impact on history, the arts and culture. Nob Hill’s history within SF is significant to us, which is why we nod to Leland Stanford — who the hotel is named after — and his impact on the area and moving picture as we know it.
